How to Clean & Preserve

1. Determine which fabric the dress is made of. If the garment is silk, lace or a vintage gown, it's better to have it cleaned by a professional.

2. Inspect the dress thoroughly to locate any stains, including stains from perspirations, foods, liquids and makeup. If the dress is full-length, the hem will most likely have collected dirt.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.
Q: Which payment options are available?: A: You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card, or place an order with pre-payment and contact our support for available pre-payment option which includes Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.

The colour was gorgeous and the quality was fantastic!. We had the shoulder strap realigned at the back so it wouldn't slip down but other than that it was perfect. We went with custom measurements just to be sure and were very happy with the results. This dress can't really be altered easily so I would recommend custom measurements if you are at all concerned. We both got lots of positive comments and I felt great in the dress. The only problem that occurred was that on the day the straps came loose from the bodice on the front, so I would check the stitch that holds it up before wearing. We just used a safety pin and that fixed the problem. Still was a gorgeous dress! We were very happy.
